Need an account on the website?
Click the REGISTER link, at the top left hand-side of the page. Follow the directions below.
- Enter your first name, last name, email (this will be your username and the system communicates to this email address).
- Use the Suite/Apt field to enter your home phone number including area code so we can contact you in case of an emergency.
- Click I'm not a robot checkbox then click the Continue button. Follow the directions from there. The system will generate a password and send it to you at the email address you provided.
Note: Check your 'Spam' folder if you don't see the email within 24 hours after submitting your request. You will be prompted to change your password when you login to the website for the first time.
- Now you can use the LOGIN link on the website to login and access MEMBERS ONLY information.
- To subscribe to the Message Board, simply click the Message Board link at the left panel under Members. Once at the Message Board main page, click the Subscribe link right above the topics header.

HOA Board Meetings |
|
The Trails Home Owners Association (HOA) Board Meetings are open to all residents.
When: The second Thursday of every month (Except December).
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Location: Clubhouse |
Water Maintenance |
|
Starting November 2025, the water line release will occur the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month between 12 noon and 4pm.

Water & Sewer Plant: Please be aware that our community sewer plant cannot accommodate any paper products other than toilet paper, nor can your grinder pump. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down your toilets. Click here to learn more about our holding tanks and the community sewer plant system.

* Schedule for the next 6 months. Recycle are collected every other Thursday.
* Waste Industries solid waste are collected every Thursday.
Note: Recycling pick up is provided by Orange County, and the general household waste pick up is provided by Waste Industries an outsource services paid by the homeowner.
Waste and Recycle Centers: There are two staffed waste and recycling centers near us ( Ferguson Road and Eubanks Road) for all Orange County residents to dispose of household garbage, bulky items such as upholstered furniture, and a full range of recyclable materials. Quarterly Association Dues |
|
Quarterly Association Dues are due the last business day of the billing month by 5:00 pm.
Bills are sent at the beginning of each calendar quarter (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct).
Payments should be sent to the address as provide in the statement from O. Glenn Spell, III, CPA office.
Please mail payment early so that there is plenty of time for the Post Office to deliver.
Payments can be delivered to our accountant four different ways:
1. Mail your check to: O. Glenn Spell III, CPA P.O. Box 3270 Chapel Hill, NC 27515.
2. Use your bank’s on-line payment system to send a check to the address above.
3. Deliver in person during business hours to: 101 Conner Dr. #300 Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
4. Pay by Zelle.
